OUR STORY
Set opposite St Anthony’s Church in Siolim, HOSA which means ‘new’ in Kannada, explores the flavours of South India beyond the familiar and features a creative and energetic bar.
The setting is charming by day and lively at night. The design is in turn both quaint and contemporary, while respecting the uniquely Goan setting. The restaurant seats 100 people including 25 in the Patio.
The HOSA menu goes way beyond the familiar, offering bold and indulgent flavours. Small plates like Ghee Roasts of Jackfruit and Goat, Shimeji Mushroom Varuval, Kari Dosa, and Roti Canai, pair well with tropical-inspired cocktails. Larger plates, such as the Aubergine Steak and Madurai Lamb Shank, bring depth and richness to the table. Cocktails feature classic, tiki, and modern interpretations, while an extensive wine list further elevates the dining experience.
