Chef Harish Rao is a renowned culinary expert known for his innovative approach to South Indian cuisine. With over 20 years of experience, he revitalizes traditional dishes by combining authenticity with modern techniques.
He has led several prestigious restaurants to success, including Dakshin in Chennai, and played a pivotal role in launching Avartana at the ITC Grand Chola Chennai as Head Chef. His passion for the culinary arts extends to media, with appearances on Sun TV and as a judge on MasterChef Tamil Season 1.
His culinary achievements were acknowledged in consecutive years, 2024 and 2025, through Hospitality Horizon’s prestigious Top 10 Standalone Chefs Awards.
As the Brand Chef of Hosa restaurants, Chef Harish has introduced exciting new dishes to complement the current favorites on the Hosa menu, emphasizing the intricate and diverse flavors of traditional South Indian regional cuisines.

Head of Bars - EHV International
Varun Sharma, with over 18 years in the beverage industry, leads the beverage program across Indian Accent, Comorin, Hosa, and Fireback. Widely awarded, he has been named Mixologist of the Year multiple times and was honoured as Best Mixologist at The Big F Awards 2025. Under his leadership, Hosa has been recognised as Best Concept Bar (West India) by the NDTV Food Awards 2025 and has also received the Times Food & Nightlife Award for Best Cocktails (2024), among others.


KEVIN RODRIGUES
Head of Wines - EHV International
Kevin Rodrigues graduated from IHM Mumbai in 2014, and joined deGustibus Hospitality at Indigo, Colaba. During this time, Kevin earned his Level 1 2 certifications with WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust). He continued his education, becoming a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and was also awarded the
champion of the inaugural edition of Best Sommelier of India 2024.
As Head of Wines at EHV International, Kevin spearheaded the wine lists which won the Wine Spectator Awards for 2 consecutive years for Indian Accent Delhi and Mumbai. He has also been a member of the India Wine Awards and the India ProWine Wine Awards. He is currently also pursuing the Master Sommelier Diploma with the Court of Master Sommeliers.
